If you want a seated dinner, with everyone indoors in the space room 35 guests is a good number for that. But if you want something a little more casual, where guests are flowing throughout the space using the indoor and outdoor areas 75-125 is the perfect fit for us. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Clean-Up -Return the space the way you found it -Take all trash to the dumpster and replace it with new trash bags -Whip down all tables, chairs, and counters (including outside tables and benches) -Sweep the floors -Mop any spills or sticky areas We provide trash bags and cleaning supplies. We expect the space to be returned in the same condition as you received it.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
