About the Space
iQ Smart Center is a state-of-the-art conference center located within the 655 West Broadway office building. The space comprises two rooms, Edison and Tesla, which can be rented separately or together for larger groups (see additional listings). The Edison Room can host groups up to 68 and can accommodate 6' social distancing for groups up to 16. || Technology || The Edison Room has 2 monitors on mobile carts at the front of the room for presenting, in addition to a modern whiteboard and videoconferencing capabilities. Easily screencast your content from your device to the monitors over Wi-Fi or via HDMI. Connect to audio and the videoconferencing sound bar with a USB cable (provided). || Room Arrangement Options || Room Capacity - 68 (per fire code) Theater - 50 (chairs only) Classroom - 26 (tables and chairs) Classroom (Tight) - 36 (tables and chairs, tighter fit) Boardroom - 30 (tables and chairs in square shape) U-Shape - 22 (tables and chairs in U-shape) *(90 chairs available, 30 tables available) || 6' Social Distancing Room Arrangement Options || Theater - 16 (chairs only) Classroom - 16 (tables and chairs) Boardroom - 14 (tables and chairs in square shape) U-Shape - 11 (tables and chairs in U-shape) || Catering || You are welcome to have food delivered or bring in food. For your reference, Bruegger’s Bagels is on-site for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options (6am-3pm M-F, 6am-2:30pm Sat/Sun). || COVID-19 Policies || Face coverings are recommended for all as a courtesy to others in common areas of the building. Please remember to wash hands frequently, avoid close contact with others, and stay home if you feel sick or have a fever. Hand sanitizer stations are available throughout the building. iQ Smart Center has been treated with MicroShield 360, an anti-microbial coating that kills pathogens and prevents them from living on treated surfaces (as well as the lobby, restrooms, and elevator cabs and call buttons). Our janitorial team cleans and disinfects the space before and after each reservation with products that meet the CDC’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This conference room and building was perfect for our event. Everything about the room was in great shape. The tech all worked in the office, the WiFi/connectivity was great, the building and room itself was clean and new. Parking is easily accessible and a lot of lobby/waiting area space for our clients and partners. Also, Katherine the booking agent, was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking process. Our clients in attendance were all very impressed with everything from the building to our presentations. I would highly recommend this space for any of your conference room needs.

We used the space to host a workshop and the room was spacious and equipped with everything we needed. Location is great if you have people needing hotels. Only issues was a lunch order was delivered to the wrong room but, it was quickly tracked down for us. We would definitely host our meetings here again.
