Welcome to Puerto Rican Cultural Center. Our cultural center and event venue is a 2,100 square foot facility of flexible space. Rental includes tables, chairs, AV and more. FACILITY RENTAL INCLUDES: - two rooms with maple hardwood floors and mirrors * a large room (1200 sq ft), * a small room (400 sq ft) - plus, a reception area (15 x 20ft) - galley viewing area with oversized picture windows (40 x 5ft) - lush outdoor area under grandmother Pecan trees (as available). Note: we do not have a kitchen. POPULAR USES: Our facility space works well for a variety of events! Rentals can include but are not limited to: Our facility space works well for a variety of events! Rentals can include but are not limited to the following (see capacity guidelines below): * Corporate, Business & Nonprofit events: banquets & receptions conferences & seminars offsite meetings & retreats network and marketing programs * Arts & Film Industry commercials, film and photo shoots auditions and casting debuts and intimate performances fashion and art shows special workshops, health and wellness * Other Special Events: religious retreats and meetings weddings & quinceñera receptions & showers CAPACITY: Capacity depends on number of tables and chairs required for your event. Examples include: 50+ (table-seated event) 75+ (seated presentation) 100+ (reception, semi-seated). RENTAL TIME: Your total rental time should include setup, ripdown, and cleanup time. CATERING You are able to have outside food or catering for your event. See more information in the HOST RULES section below. TABLES & CHAIRS Tables and chairs from our inventory are included in the rental. All are for indoor use only. Inventory includes: - 48 folding chairs - 5 round tables (seats 8) - 4 six-foot tables - moveable benches for additional seating (seats 24) AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT AV equipment from our inventory is included in the rental. All are for indoor use only. Additional equipment can be rented for you at an additional charge, or you can provide your own.
