Our beautiful Roof Deck Lounge is perfect for any social gathering, party, or meeting. Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Sweeping views of Boston will be sure to please a crowd. The space features: Casual seating arrangements with couches, club chairs, and tables Warming trays Wine fridge Fire Place 60" TV Large kitchen island with bar stools Decorative accent lighting Private indoor lounge We recommend for larger events that you visit the space in advance to ensure it will suit your needs. We do not allow for any marijuana or drug related events. No pets or animals allowed in the space. Noise is a concern as we are located in a residential community. Any music, DJ, instrumentalist, or karaoke would need to be pre-approved in advance. Parking is available in our onsite garage for $25 per car. No overnight parking is allowed.
Depending on your event we may require a Certificate of Insurance prior to a booking. Event Insurance can be purchased by visiting www.theventhelper.com Our space is proudly Smoke-Free and Pet-Free. Please provide a host or event member to check in guests at the front desk of the building as they will be entering a formal lobby on the first floor. There be no site staff to direct guests to the roof deck. Please be respectful of the space and return it in the condition that it was delivered to you, at the time that your reservation ends. A $250 cleaning fee will be assessed if the space is not returned to its original state. This includes trash removal. We are located inside a residential apartment home community, so please do know that you may see our wonderful residents and their pets as you enter and exit the building. Please be mindful of that when booking your event. The lounge is fully private but the roof deck will be semi-private. There will be sections of the roof deck that will still be accessible to residents during an event. Your space reservation time should include time for set up and clean up. If you're unsure how much time you will need, we recommend 1 hour before and 1 hour after your event time. For this very special space, we typically like to have the host of the event meet with our site team to walk through and ensure your needs are met. All guest hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. Please follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We are so happy to have you!
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
