Q Smart Center is a state-of-the-art conference center located within the 655 West Broadway office building in Downtown San Diego. The training room is a spacious 3,5000 square feet that can be set to your needs. The hourly rate includes (4) 65" monitors, (4) whiteboards, tables, chairs and customized directional signage. || Technology || The IQ Smart Center has 4 monitors on mobile carts at the front of the room for presenting, in addition to a modern whiteboard and videoconferencing capabilities. Easily screencast your content from your device to the monitors over Wi-Fi or via HDMI. Connect to audio and the videoconferencing sound bar with a USB cable (provided). || Room Arrangement Options || The Edison & Tesla rooms can be used separately for simultaneous meetings, breakout sessions, reception area, lunch room, etc. (there is a door in the glass divider wall between the two rooms). The glass divider wall can be folded out of sight (prior to your reservation) to accommodate a larger group, or create an open flow between your meeting and reception rooms. Edison & Tesla Combined Room Arrangement Options Theater - 114 ( chairs only Classroom - 48 (tables and chairs || Catering || You are welcome to have food delivered or bring in food. For your reference Bruegger’s Bagels, and Coffee N Talk are onsite for quick and easy breakfast and lunch options. You can of course use any restaurant or caterer that you prefer. || Parking || We do offer on-site paid parking. Rates are listed below. We were a group of 18-20 and had the space for 1.5 days. It was perfect for us. We used the Edison Room for our meetings and the Tesla room for our break/lunch area which gave everyone enough space to spread out and be comfortable. Connection to the monitors and audio/video was an easy hookup for us via HDMI. Convenient location downtown San Diego with a cafe and Bruggers Bagels onsite. The rooms are located on the lobby level of a larger corporate/office building. The building security and engineers are very helpful. Since we were on the bottom level, I'm not sure what was above us as we kept hearing some rumbling sounds. It wasn't horrible but was distracting during our meetings.
