Normally a world dance studio, this 1800 square foot space in the heart of Bethesda's Woodmont Triangle restaurant district can easily be transformed into a small concert venue or intimate reception space. It includes 15 foot ceilings, over 50 Moroccan lanterns (most for sale), a Middle Eastern front room with a tiled counter, antique carved wood arch, tile fountain and the main 1000 foot studio space with one restroom. • 4 large speakers • Free Parking Garage Across the street on the weekends • Metered Street Parking • Outside Food & Beverage Allowed Pre-COVID dance classes held 25 moving bodies. Current allowance is 5 dancers. Seated in rows of chairs the space could accommodate pre-COVID about 50 guests. Now the maximum is 20. It is ideal for henna or birthday parties and other themed events. The acoustics are good when the rugs are down. It is a 5 minute walk from the Metro (red line) and directly across the street from a large public parking garage (free on the weekends). Tables and chairs can be placed outside in good weather. Food and alcohol are permitted but no food preparation on site. Extra insurance is required for alcohol consumption.
