PLEASE READ ALL DETAILS BEFORE SENDING BOOKING REQUEST: * No lights/props/production equipment are included in your hourly rental through Peerspace. Any and all lights must be rented in addition to your hourly rate. ***We do not allow rentals where you bring your own lighting or allow anyone to shoot here with no lighting.*** * The $50 per hour Peerspace fee secures your time here, offers both parties insurance and pays for your dedicated studio manager and set design / lighting technician hourly. * To see the prices of all 100+ of our custom sets, scroll below this description and you will see everything listed in the "add-ons" section. If you would like to see videos of those sets DM us @uptownshots on Instagram and we will send you video highlights of every light set we currently have. * There are maximum booking time amounts depending on which kit / set you want to use. If only booking one kit / set less than $400, you can only book for 2 hours. Single kits / sets ranging from $400 - $600 can be booked up to 3 hours. $650+ single kits / sets can be booked up to 4 hours. If combining multiple kits / sets, you can apply the above max timing per set to see what your shoot time will allow. * We can have up to 2-3 sets built upon your arrival (depending on which sets are needed). We can also build other sets when you are shooting on one set, so there is no or minimum waiting time in between sets. * Please note that if it is a necessity to have the cyc wall completely and freshly painted prior to your shoot, you will have to notify us to schedule around a time where it will be freshly painted. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the wall will be completely white prior to your shoot. If you need it at a time when it will not be freshly painted, we can do so for an additional $100 fee. * If you are looking for a custom look, or are trying to recreate a scene from a celebrity music video, please be sure to tell us ahead of time and we can discuss bringing the vision to life. * If you are looking to see the space ahead of booking, you must book an hour for the time. * NO SMOKING / NO DRINKING / NO FOOD ALLOWED ($1,000 fee imposed if rule is broken) * NO MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE ALLOWED IN OUR STUDIO PER SHOOT ($1,000 fee imposed if rule is broken) * EVERYONE ATTENDING MUST HAVE A MASK ON UNLESS BEING FILMED ($1,000 fee imposed if rule is broken) * NO ONE TO BE OUTSIDE OF THE PRODUCTION AREA ($1,000 fee imposed if rule is broken) What’s included in the rental: • Cyclorama/Infinity wall (If you are unsure of what this is, please google it) • Vanity station / clothing rack / steamer • Director chair / photography stools • Sand bags / ladders • Tables / chairs • Full-length HD mirror • Heat / AC • Bluetooth speaker • Free wifi About us: @uptownshots is a minority-owned & operated set design and lighting company for music video and urban photography shoots, located in the bustling heart of Harlem. If you are looking to rent our space because of our custom set looks, high-end lighting and set design equipment, you've come to the right place! If you are looking for a space just to use as a space, bringing your own lighting and set design equipment, we are not the right fit for you. We understand that most other Peerspace spaces allow it, but we are not like most. We want to preserve the vibe of our studio, uphold quality control of what is shot here and make sure that people come to shoot movies!
