About the Space
This space lends itself for meetings (board room style configuration available), filming, workshops, yoga, film screening, production office, brainstorm session, table read, VR room, small dinner and anything in between - let your imagination be your guide! All of the furniture is moveable and flexible. You can fit up 25 individuals depending on the layout you choose. There's plenty of easy and free no-limit street parking down 3rd and 2nd with the Grove within walking distance for food or parking. There's a sound bar, dry erase board and projector located inside the space, if needed. Not what you're looking for? Ask us about more spaces in our 9,000 sq ft building. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.

- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We filmed a commercial at this space and had such a lovely experience. Everyone was very helpful and supportive and the location has beautiful options for the scenes we planned for. Deena was amazing and as a remote producer it’s hard not being on set sometimes to handle unknowns but communication was incredible and she was such a great support to have throughout the day. Thank you everyone for being so accommodating and professional.
