Great location for a community meeting. Plan ahead to set up your own tables & chairs, and bring an HDMI cord if you plan to use the projector. Would definitely book again!

Prior to the event, Rachel gave instruction on what to do on the day of the event. It was mentioned that the doors would be open right at the time of booking, when we got to the venue all doors were locked and I tried to reach Rachel by phone, email, msg on Peerspace, etc. Then I went to the staff upstairs in the rehab center, which Rachel instructed to go to when checking in, they were not helpful nor were they informed about my event. Rachel was not responsive still and staff did not have contact of Rachel as well. After many times of going back and forth with staff upstairs we were let in 35 minutes after my start time of the booking which lead the vendors I hired waiting out in the rain. I did not receive a response from Rachel until 4 1/2 hours later. Overall the venue was a great size & came with lots of tables, it was just unfortunate that we were not let in at the specific time of booking which delayed the event. And on top of everything I was not compensated for the loss time.

Great space
Great space
Spacious, clean facility. Rachel is very attentive and quick in replying to any of my questions. Use of the kitchen was a great added ammenity. Not all 30 parking stalls were available on the day. Good thing there is an overflow parking next door. .

Very nice group here, keep in mind this is at a retirement home. Lead to a lot of great jokes in my homebuying class presentation!

My experience working with Anne at the Kin On Community Center was nothing less than fantastic. From the initial inspection of the venue to the actual event (a funeral reception) I found Anne to be professional yet so very easy to work with. I explained what our needs were and Anne provided the necessary equipment, seating arrangement and set up to the t. On the day of the event, we found the seating area and kitchen spotless and ready for our group. Anne’s supervisor, Heidi, stopped by to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone in attendance expressed how great the venue was and how well suited it was to our needs. I would highly recommend this space,
