Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The studio was the perfect spot for our photo shoot. There was plenty of space for what we needed. Parking was easy and plentiful. The studio was clean and tidy with a nice lay out. Ivan was an excellent host and was very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. I will definitely book this space again.

The space is wonderful, the cyc is always painted fresh whenever we arrive, and the setup allowed us to get through everything rather quickly.

Ivan arrived on time and helped to clean up the space and guide me around showing me where everything was. He left us alone and was nearby for any questions. Coming again soon.
