There is plenty of free street parking all around the building.

There are three large east/ southeast facing windows. Each window has blackout curtains which easily allows you to control the light in the studio. There are also overhead led's which light up the space wonderfully and are more energy efficient and less harsh than fluorescents.

There is little to no ambient noise in the space. The studio is on the fourth floor and faces a small side street so is relatively quiet.

Stairs, Freight Elevator

There is a ramp leading to the front door. Once inside, there is a large freight elevator that will take you to the fourth floor.

There are many accessible outlets throughout the studio and extension cords/ surge protectors can be provided free of charge at the renters request.

OVERTIME: Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at $45.00/hr. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. If any time during your rental you realize you need, please call, text or message via peerspace to confirm availability. CLEANING / DAMAGES: Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. We will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash cans. Guests must discard larger items, such as personal props and set pieces. Disposal of large amounts of garbage due to large sets may accrue additional costs. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. Cleaning that requires repainting of the white walls is charged at $50/per hour for labor + cost of materials. - Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the building. That includes Vaping. - Pets are allowed on a limited basis and must be discussed prior to booking. - The desk area if off limits to renters. If music is required please inquire before your booking begins and an aux cord will be provided. Any/ all equipment is off limit to renters unless discussed prior. This includes light stands, modifiers, lights and backdrops. Cancellations within 24 hours cannot be refunded (Peerspace does not permit this) If you have to cancel within 24 hours of your rental I do offer makeup time under most circumstances within one month of your original rental date.

The desks/ equipment shelving unit and camera bookshelf may not be moved but other furniture such as chairs, coffee table and couch can be re-arranged. Please discuss these needs prior to book and If you rearrange anything I just ask that you put everything back where you found it. All of my equipment including lighting gear, modifiers and stands are off limits unless rented in advance.
