Aside from a photo shoot, during mild weather, it's a great space fro an outdoor grill party. Available to rent for lunch parties 7 days a week. Can comfortably accommodate 20-25 guests. Easy by subway, 2 blocks to R train, 3 blocks to F train. 30 minutes car ride from Midtown East Manhattan. Owner is a food stylist + photographer. Food Styling available. Food Photography available. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
