Our open, airy and bright Newport Beach is ready to host your next production. This is a modern, renovated 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom indoor/ outdoor home filled with fun details. With a twist on mid century made fresh, lots of warm woods and clever tile can brighten up any shot. An open access floor plan shows off some great dramatic walls, including a long black wall. Outside shots are enhanced by our newly remodeled pool and BBQ with multiple sitting and dining areas. The exterior's black walls are perfectly suited for some modern outdoor stylings. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
