Our 1920s Lakefront house is a gated corner property with open views of the lake and downtown. PERFECT BASECAMP for location photo shoots. Private backyard with a multi-tiered bricked patio with plenty of areas to photograph. The front of the house is surrounded by an impressive and colorful display of this seasons SUPER BLOOM and succulents. The mid-century modern interior is an open floorplan including a dining room, kitchen and a lounge with a large window overlooking the front porch and lake. Our main living room opens up into the back courtyard via a set of French-style doors to reveal an outdoor dining area. The second tier area of the backyard is full of grass, tree swing, a lemon tree, and a BBQ area. The rest of the house comprises of a large master bedroom with a huge window overlooking the lake.
