the overall outcome was very good: food was delivered on time, Tarshea did a great job directing our guests to the meeting space, everything was set up when I arrived and the meeting space was as pictured. we had a few hiccups 15 minutes into he meeting (for example, there was some very loud construction noise right below us and we had to switch rooms) but Tarshea had outstanding recovery and quickly moved the entire team upstairs to another conference room (it wasn’t as nice and didn’t have a whiteboard but we turned out we actually didn’t need one and made due with what we had.
