The zigzagging foot paths provide sunset mountain views & guide you down a hillside swimming in succulents, mature oaks and luxurious greenery. The one-of-a-kind pieces we collect make the space feel both curated & lived-in, the texture and layers of objects & backdrops open the door to so many possibilities for your next photo or video shoot. Parking is plentiful, the 11:11 House enjoys immense privacy & quiet -- conveniently located near the 134 & 110 highways. Both entrances to the property include stairs.
