This charming oasis is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac, perched in the middle of a 10,000 sq ft double lot. The zigzagging foot paths provide sunset mountain views & guide you down a hillside swimming in succulents, mature oaks and luxurious greenery. The one-of-a-kind pieces we collect make the space feel both curated & lived-in, the texture and layers of objects & backdrops open the door to so many possibilities for your next photo or video shoot. Parking is plentiful, the 11:11 House enjoys immense privacy & quiet -- conveniently located near the 134 & 110 highways. Both entrances to the property include stairs. COMMERCIALS/VIDEOS/SHORT FILMS 1-10 attendees $200/hr 11-15 attendees $250/hr 16-20 attendees- $325/hr. 21-25 attendees $350/hr.
