All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Thanks for looking at our updated modern Spanish style bungalow in Highland Park! Our home offers two large bedrooms, 1 bath, a converted garage/office, spacious living room and gorgeous kitchen. A rare find in LA is our unique lawn surrounded by a privacy fence and backyard with fire bit set against this steel industrial wall. Very convenient parking on the street for productions of all sizes.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I highly recommend this house. Andrew was such a gracious host and so easy and pleasant to coordinate with. He got back to me right away with any questions I had. The house is beautiful and very modern and clean, with lots of great locations and looks throughout. The backyard was amazing, with lots of room, and also beautifully laid out. This house turned out to be the perfect spot for our shoot and I’m very grateful we found it and that Andrew was so awesome!
