About the Space
Located in Manhattan Beach. Any traveling business person will appreciate the nearness of LAX, which is only 4 miles, or about 10 minutes away. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes from the office. On-site there is an open lot for free parking, and plenty of metered parking on the street. A metro station is just 2 and a half miles from the building, that offers the Metro Green Line, and about half a mile from the building is a bus stop. Private office that seats 2-3 guests, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a beautiful glass dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. We have private full-time monthly short-or-long term offices. If the need arises, inquire within. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***Please note that we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

From booking to getting a review, Amy was quick and responsive. Location is close and convient to the 405 fwy. Check-in was quick and easy, offices are clean and worked great for my needs. Highly, recommend if you are in need of office space for a meeting, interviews or any other use.

I was so grateful to find this spot. The front desk was so kind to me upon entry, they were gracious to my guest, the room was clean, the floor was quiet. The offices were well lit, smelled wonderful, and the temperature was nice and cool. The perfect environment. Thank you for making this a peaceful process.

I needed a last minute quiet and private space to record my interview and Amy responded very quickly. The space was clean and quiet, just what I was looking for. I would definitely re-book with Amy again 10/10 highly recommend.
