Located in Manhattan Beach. Any traveling business person will appreciate the nearness of LAX, which is only 4 miles, or about 10 minutes away. The beach is also nearby, just a few minutes from the office. On-site there is an open lot for parking at $15 per vehicle (cash upon exiting), and plenty of metered parking on the street. A metro station is just 2 and a half miles from the building, that offers the Metro Green Line, and about half a mile from the building is a bus stop. This is a wonderful, newly remodeled conference room that seats up to 8 guests, kitchen with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). We also have a full-time staff here to help you out, and everything is kept meticulously clean for you at all times. WiFi is included, conference phone, a beautiful glass dry erase board in the room w/ markers for you, and all cables to project from your laptop to the flat screen. If you have any special requests, just let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate! ***Please note that we are only open M-F from 8:30am-5pm.
