About the Space
Constructed in 1977 as part of a major recording facility, this large room was designed for great sound, with ceilings over 20 feet and a distinctly vintage feel. Ideal for music rehearsals, video shoots, casual jams, special media events, theme parties, exclusive fundraising events or even intimate concerts, everything simply sounds wonderful in this space. You'll also find vintage instruments like a 1928 Steinway concert grand piano, an authentic Hammond B3 organ, electric pianos, drumkits, and a few dozen guitar instruments and amps. (Professional musicians, sound and recording services available upon request, and we can also arrange catering and other amenities.)

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
