Rental equipment includes - cameras, extra lighting, lavalier and boom microphones, teleprompter, + other options. Crew available for rental. Parking area available behind the building (up to 8 cars).

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC. High touch surfaces and shared amenities are constantly disinfected. We provided Disposable gloves, Disposable masks, Hand Sanitizer We have a screen in the entrance showing the guidelines form the CDC. If you are renting the studio which include the office space and the studio, cleaning fee will be an extra $100.00
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
