About the Space
Exciting major kitchen and first floor remodel in progress!! See 3D rendering photos in this listing. Target completion in April 2025. This is a 1.5 acre property on top of a mountain with 360 degree views of the Santa Monica Mountains. The property is across from National Park Service land and a short trail to stunning views. It is very quiet and secluded. There are several different types of spaces on the property. There are several different patios, a large pool and spa, large natural backyard, a horse pasture, a tack room with a small deck next to the horses, and much more. My home is fantastic for outdoor photo or films shoots, meetings or small parties. The pool and spa is an entertainer's pool surrounded by rocks, flowers, plants and a waterfall. The backyard is mostly dirt with some tall pine trees and can be transformed into a stage or set up with tables for a party or made to be an outdoor adventure. The house is a 4 bedroom 3 bath. All three bathrooms have been remodeled in the last 3 years. Bathroom, changing area, and break areas included. Starting at $125/hr, additional charge for inside the house, horse handling, or overnight production.

Great location about an hour from Hollywood. Kimberly was very responsive and the spaces were exactly as advertised. We set up hair, mua, and wardrobe in the garage and there was plenty of space for our small team. The cove/pool area gave us a lot of options for shooting multiple looks. We booked 2 hours with the horses and they did not disappoint! We were not able to have the model sit on the horses but that did not affect our ability to get some amazing shots of the model with the horses in the ranch environment. Kimberly is very cool and her space has a lot to offer!
