About the Space

This house in the mountains is a modern A-frame nestled into the mountains of the Hudson Valley in Beacon. Its proximity to New York City (90 minutes drive or 80 minutes by Metro North Train) spacious interior and breathtaking natural surroundings make it an ideal location for film production and commercial shoots. A single daily fee covers use of the house, its midcentury modern furnishings and the grounds. Features: -Huge open concept floor plan includes a spacious living room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace -Surrounding grocery stores, hardware store, food options and rental house make it easy to cater to production needs -10 minute drive to train station -Includes both upstairs and downstairs level for staging, shooting and offices

  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
