All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
It is located on the second floor with significant natural light in the afternoon. Bleached Hardwood Floors, White walls Contemporary decor. There are 2 entry ways. Includes a formal dining area with doors that close it off from the living room, Large Living room with West and South Facing Windows, large bedroom. AC window unit in bedroom. Bathroom and Kitchen are decorated simply with contemporary tiles and monochromatic colors. Updated electrical, 100 amp panel.

Easy load in. the apartment is on the ground floor so only 3 steps to get inside. Driveway, garages are easy to use. garages can also be used for staging/vv.
Staging area is available
there are several options, the garages are cleared out and have been used as VV & H/mu in the past. There is also 2 empty apartments. Plenty of space for social distancing departments while being close to the "set"

Electrical system description
100 amp panel for larger productions if need be could pull power from another unit.
Outlets in every room on most walls. Panel accessible in rear driveway.

General Rules
No smoking allowed anywhere on the property.
No Pets No exceptions
Remove all garbage to the cans located behind the building.
Cannot be used for parties or events for more than 10 people.
If any furniture is moved or anything on the wall is taken down all must be placed back to original configuration.
If using the gas stove and oven for commercial purposes, it must be disclosed prior too booking. There will be a additional cleaning fee.
