We have a drive in loading dock with elevator, plenty of parking on the street. There is a garage 2 blocks away that costs $15.

Lighting description
This is a southwest facing corner unit, there is light flooding in the windows all day. Best time for directly sunlight are 7am-10am and 4pm-9pm.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
This space is not suitable for video interviews that require total silence. Trucks do drive by. The building is about as quiet as any other New York loft studio.

There is a loading dock with elevator. But you cannot lave your vehicle there all day.

Electrical system description
There are standard 120 volt circuits with 15 and 20 amp receptacles spaced evenly throughout he studio. APPROX 30 outlets.

General Rules
Rental time includes set up and break down.
Please arrange pickups and deliveries with us.
Renter is responsible for any damage to studio equipment during their rental.
$200/hr additional billed hourly after agreed upon rental time.
The wood floor has been painted with 5 coasts marine-grade white epoxy. This finish is very durable for normal activities and you don’t need to remove your tennis shoes or tread lightly, but we are trying out best to keep them pristine for the next client. We have a few requests to respect the “Shiny White Painted Floors Aesthetic” that is Mediumplex.
- The white can can chip and scuff easily by dragging light stands across the floor, try not to scuff please!
- We will provide have tennis balls the legs of stands that not have wheels. That way you can drag stands around without lifting! Please use them.
- Foot booties will also be provided. Sneaker and tennis shoes are okay, please remove hard soled shoes or wear the booties.
- Slippers are provided for so models/talent can change shoes on set, this is to prevent high heels and hard sole shoes from scuffing the floor.
- no gaff tape on floors. We have purple tape that works great and doesn't damage the flooring.

Health and Safety Measures
In addition to wiping down all surfaces with disinfectant every hour. We have an industrial fogger disinfectant that we use every morning and lunch, sanitizing both the air and all surfaces. This is the same technology commercial airlines are using to clean cabins between flights.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
