This Studio provides space for photo shoots and special events, dinners, workshops, and more! Have a project that need a blank canvas? We got you covered! Rental includes: Full, private use of the studio for selected number of hours (4 hour minimum) Use of all in-house photo equipment (seamless, props, etc.) Use of all furniture and materials in studio One on site host to assist with setup and cleanup of space Use 30 chairs and 6 tables in space WiFi, water & snacks

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
