About the Space
Hello! Why rent just a space when you can rent a great space complete with all the gear you need for your project, including two awesome Canon DSLR's! For photo or video, you can just show up and start shooting. I'm Michael and I'm a commercial producer/filmmaker. I'd like to welcome you to use my spacious private home video & photo studio! The space is great for headshots, product photography, video interviews, commercial spots, or even just for casting a project. There's zero light spill so you have full control of the lighting. Its a very quiet space to begin with but the room is padded with sound dampening blankets as well. You'll have access to: - 2 Canon T6i's with wall power and SD cards (24.2 Megapixel stills and 1080p video) - Canon 50mm f/1.8 STM Canon prime lenses - Canon 40mm f/2.8 STM prime lense - Canon 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 IS lense - Tascam DR-40 with SD Card & Wall Power - Sennheiser shotgun mic with XLR Cable & Stand (amazing sound!) - 42" TV Monitor with Camera Connect Cable - 2 large soft box lights with stands - 2 small LED lights with stands - Multi-surface bounce reflector - Large Seamless White, Grey, or Black Backdrops - Large 10'x 20' Seamless Green-screen - 12 Small LED spots flood the backdrops with ample light - 3 fluid-head tripods - Classic Stool or Large Sofa chair available for interviews/photos A beautiful bathroom with large mirror will also be accessible during your stay. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
