About the Space
Consider using our space as a beautiful space for your meeting, party or event. The space is light, airy, open and with plants as the primary decor. 24 guests seated and 35 mingling. We have an open area in the front of the space and 4 high pub tables with stools in the back. Two large counters that can be used as workspaces or buffet tables. Our back room is a good prep area with a bathroom/utility sink and a refrigerator. We have a nice bathroom in the front of house for guests. Large windows and lots of light. The space is rather flexible with the ability to move tables around and configure it for your event. Please book the time you need for your event including the time it takes you to set up and break down your decor, supplies, etc. It's a special spot and we would love to have you!

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

We rented this space for our annual Friendsgiving event. It was a great central spot with easy parking and the space is open and beautiful. We had about 20 people and it was perfect. Plenty of outlets for crockpots and lots of counter space to display all of our food. The rental process was easy.

The perfect space for us! Hosts are great - super responsive and easy to work with, and the attention to design & detail in the space makes it absolutely darling! We LOVE hosting events here!

Fabulous Space!! Worked perfectly for my sister's 50th birthday party flower arranging class. Bright space on a rainy day, with easy parking, and such a neat experience to be in a new venue and neutral spot for all of us. Owners were very easy to work with and made the whole process turnkey and easy. Thank you Brooke and Kristi!

The space was amazing. We didn’t even need any decorations for our baby shower since it was so well put-together. Our guests raved about how beautiful it was. It was very functional as well. The multiple tables were great for people to gather around and converse. The check in and check out process were seamless. The hosts were very responsive and informative. They gave great instructions on how to navigate the space and access all its amenities. We thought parking would be a challenge especially on the day of the farmers market but it was not abnormal for parking in Seattle. 10/10 would rent again.
