DEPOSIT: To ensure the care of our venue, we kindly request a fully refundable $500 deposit upon booking confirmation. This amount will be cheerfully refunded in full if the venue remains undamaged and all items are accounted for. You have the flexibility to make this payment via temporary credit card hold, PayPal, cash, or check. HOUSE RULES: - WALK THROUGH: A walk through will be had before and after the event. - NO SMOKING: For the comfort of all our guests, smoking, including vapes and cigars, is not allowed inside the building. - NO FOOD IN DRAINS: Notably in the bathroom drain - NO CONFETTI ($100 FINE): Please do not use Confetti, Rice or any small objects in SALA - NO PETS: While we adore our furry friends, we kindly ask that pets stay home. - AGES 9+ ONLY: At SALA, we've curated an ambiance tailored for adults, ensuring an elegant and sophisticated experience. Please note that our space is not childproof, and therefore, all guests must be age 9 and over. Thank you for your understanding as we prioritize the comfort and safety of all our patrons. - PARKING: Just a friendly reminder that parking isn't available at 122 E Dyer Rd to avoid towing. We recommend ride-sharing for your convenience. - CATERING BUYOUT: If you plan to use outside catering or our commercial kitchen, additional fees will apply. - STAFFING: For your safety and satisfaction, we request that all service staff, including bartenders, servers, and banquet captains, go through our venue. - FURNITURE: No furniture may be moved without express permission or a Furniture Movement or Removal Fee may apply. ($500 Fine for moving large dining table near entrance) - LIQUOR POLICY: If you intend to serve hard liquor, we require a security guard to ensure everyone's safety. This comes with an extra fee. If any undisclosed hard liquor is found at the event, the full Liquor & Security Guard Fee will be applied after the event. - DECORATIONS: All decorations must be removed at the end of the event - DEPOSIT: Failure to follow rules may result in the reduction of the deposit - HOLIDAYS: Should the event land on a major national holiday an upcharge will apply and catering by SOHO TACO will be required. - RESCHEDULING: In the event a booking needs to be rescheduled, a refundable administrative fee will be applied. This fee will be returned to you once your event successfully takes place on the new date, minus any applicable taxes or platform fees charged by Peerspace. - Let's be good neighbors!
