Our beautiful event space is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Pool use not permitted. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I had a very disappointing experience with this event space. When I arrived, another group was already occupying the room with their decorations set up. It took them a while to move out, and they left the space in a messy state, including garbage. This caused me significant stress and rushed me to set up quickly before my guests arrived. Despite paying a cleaning fee, the room was not clean when I finally gained access. I reported the issue to the host, who assured me they would look into it, but it has been over 10 days with no resolution or follow-up. This lack of responsiveness and the initial mix-up significantly marred my event experience. I expected much better service and accountability.

Space was ok, Meeting room is part of an apartment building and tenants were not respecting the "meeting in session" signs and would just come in and out of the space so it was very disruptive.

Absolutely lovely space. Clear and seamless reservation and utilization process! Everybody thought the space was perfect for our ladies birthday dinner. Great price! Highly recommend!

Lovely space. The place was cool. No one bugged us, was a good open space. From a production standpoint, it was a bit of a schlep to move gear from the parking area to the clubhouse and unfortunately we had to offroad our cart since the pathways didn't extend all the way to the clubhouse. But we were grateful for the koi pond and to be accompanied throughout the shoot by a great egret, who perched on a nearby roof, no doubt planning his next meal.

The space is beautiful, and actually nicer in person than in pictures! The hosts made sure to hang a sign at the door about our private event and the residents really respected that! We had a blast!

Lauren was super quick to respond and very helpful. The location is beautiful and spacious. We had a group of around 24 people and there was lots of room for everyone to sit and relax. The couches were comfortable. The kitchen and fridge were clean with lots of kitchen counter space for food and desserts. Everyone love the location. We did have a few residents walking in during our party to get to the gym but they were respectful and just walked by. Parking was ok around the complex as well. Highly recommend for your next party and get together.
