All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom/ 4 car garage suburban 4800 sq' house. Open concept floor plan. Great for large or small filming crew with extra space for production equipment and craft services. Situated on a 1/4 acre lot with plenty of street parking. 20' high ceiling foyer gives it a dramatic entranceway. 9' ceiling rooms throughout. Double crown molding, wainscoting, built ins, beams, 2 working fireplaces, curved staircase, walk in closets, unique lighting fixtures, and stone wall accents throughout. Neutral color palette with high end furnishings. Second floor attic. Lots of entertainment areas: 9'pool table, ping pong table on casters, big screen media room, open back yard with furniture. We and our neighborhood are very film friendly. Plenty of open street parking. Also, Rec/pool/playground area in the development can be used for more parking or shuttling of actors. There is plenty of open driveway and street parking for using our house to film. Should there be more than 12 or so vehicles - we have a community parking lot for use. It is down the street and can accommodate 50+ vehicles.

Bright Natural light throughout. Brightest part of the day is afternoon Shutters are on all windows.
Ambient noise description
Cannot hear neighbors as we have yards in between the houses. Very quiet neighborhood and people keep to themselves. Beyond the backyard is a large hill so you can't hear or see neighbors. Street is not busy at all!

Equipment loading description
Residential street so no loading zone, ramps, or anything like that. Simply pull into our driveway and unload your equipment! Driveway into the 4 car garage, and sidewalk up to the front door, sidewalk to access backyard. First floor is office, guest bedroom and full bathroom, pool room/ living room, kitchen, eating area, family room, laundry room, powder bath, exit to 4 car garage, exit to backyard. Curved stairs going up to second level where there's a game room with full bathroom, movie room, workout room, office, master bedroom with master bathroom and walk in closet and attic, and kids bedroom with full bathroom.

Electrical system description
There are 2 circuit breakers: 1 in the garage and 1 on the outside wall of the garage. MANY Outlets are throughout the house!

No smoking inside house - only outside please. Use of facilities are fine - please use guest bathroom.
Outside food, alcohol, and pets are fine. No loud noise past 10:00.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Pool table can be moved but filing company will need to pay to reset it.
Smoke machines are allowed
