About the Space
This space is one of a kind. Rustic 2 floor coffeehouse that can hold up to 50 people per floor comfortably. Tons of character and old world charm decorated with vintage furniture. Great for parties of all kinds. Or corporate meetings and gatherings. Excellent place for photo shoots or film projects. Excellent place for a music venue, art exhibit or a book reading. Close to all transportation and street parking available.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Perfect space for my event for 30 people!! The staff was so friendly and accommodating, even setting up the music when we didn’t have any. They were very generous to let us come early to decorate and I can’t thank them enough for the night! The furniture was arranged perfectly to set up our food. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for an event space.

Everything was amazing!! We had our 10 year High School Reunion at the venue everyone had a blast. Buzz was very helpful and responsive. He helped supply a cooler, ice, garbage bags and so much more. The server/hostess at the venue was a huge help and very friendly. Would absolutely recommend and book again

We booked Snapdragon for a 60th birthday dance party because of its ambiance and sound system—very important for a dance party. The space was terrific. Initial meeting and communication with Buzz was great. The only problem was the sound system. Guests arrived, everything was going well, and then the music kept shutting off mid-song. I wanted to enjoy my party, but spent a good chunk of time running downstairs to try to get everything to reconnect. When I finally worked the connection snafus out (the employee told me “this happens all the time”), the upstairs speaker started randomly cutting out every 30 seconds or so. Kind of ruined my party for me. If I had known, I would have brought my own Bluetooth speakers and everything would have gone smoothly. Definitely have your party here—our guests raved over the space—it’s truly special—really warm and inviting. Just bring your own sound system.

We had such a lovely experience from the start working with Buzz to plan a 40th birthday at the event space. From the team onsite from drop off of a few items and through the entire event went above and beyond (huge thank you to Ace). Everyone had such an amazing time and we couldn’t have been happier with the turn out. The customer service, space amenities, communication and flexibility was top notch. We would highly recommend working with Buzz and team to have a success party/event!
