Our beautiful club room is perfect for any social gathering, celebration or meeting (retreat). Flexible seating allows for casual mingling and dining. Space Features: - WiFi - Casual seating arrangements: couches, club chairs, tables - Kitchen: refrigerator, microwave, sink, countertop, barstools - 2 60" HD TV: HDMI & USB connections to plug in and display - 2 BBQ grills - Fireplace - Balconies - Decorative accent lighting - Fully private space This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. Restroom(s) are in the space. We recommend visiting the facility before booking to ensure it will suit your needs. To schedule a tour, please submit an inquiry!

Food and catering are allowed, but food trucks and carts are not permitted. Alcohol is allowed (beer, seltzers, wine, champagne), however, if you wish to have liquor (vodka, tequila, whiskey, etc) it must be served by a licensed bartender. We do not allow live music or DJs, but you’re welcome to bring a small portable speaker! We do not permit glitter, confetti or any damaging adhesives (nails, screws, hooks/strips, etc). Scotch tape and Painter’s tape are fine. Furniture is not allowed to be moved and is subject to change and/or removal at any time. This space is located in a residential community, so please be mindful of noise. While we do our best to communicate with residents that the space is reserved for a private event, residents may be unaware and infrequently enter. We recommend posting signage upon your arrival to indicate use of the facility. All hosts are required to sign our license agreement prior to the event. We give a 30-minute grace period before and after the reservation for set up and clean up. Any other time will be added to the booking! Note: the “before” grace period is not applicable if the reservation is at the start of the space’s operating hours. Depending on your event, you or a guest may need to help others check in at the entrance of the building and direct them to the space (e.g. elevator attendant). Please be respectful of the facility and return it to its initial condition at the end of your reservation. Trash must be taken out of the space and properly discarded. We encourage you to bring extra trash bags! We do our very best to accommodate bookings with less than 24-hour notice, however, some amenities or the space itself may be unavailable. We are a pet-free and smoke-free facility. We do not tolerate smoking of any kind on the premises. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $250 fine. We follow Peerspace's overtime and cancellation policies. We look forward to hosting you!

No, I would not book again.

The onsite experience at the Andover House could have been better and more professionally executed this time. There were four people in our booked space (2 drinking beer, one studying, and most surprisingly, a security guard). Our guests had taken the time to ensure they were COVID-free, and we believed the staff had cleaned/disinfected the space for our use. This factor was critical because our guest of honor is fighting cancer. One of the "uninvited individuals" also approached us about being asked to leave. He departed the premise and left his trash on the table. Lastly, we were not informed that a security guard would be assigned to our event, nor did we request this service. The guard's presence was highly awkward for such a small event, and our guests expressed this. We had expectations of excellence based on the previous booking. Unfortunately, this was not the same.

The club lounge was a great space for the meet up that I hosted. The bar area was perfect for our bartender to set up and serve drinks, there was even a full size fridge in the space. Gorgeous views of the city also. The only downfall was that it was a little bit of a hassle to get our guests inside since one of the doors was broken at the time, but the concierge did his best to let them in. Would definitely recommend this space!

The space was beautiful and didn’t need much preparation for the bridal shower we hosted. The space was clean. The only recommendation I have is to be given a temporary passcode the day of the event to be used for guests. It would have been a lot more convenient. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and the residents were extremely friendly and welcoming in passing.
