All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
Beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home in the heart of West Hollywood. Walking distance from Melrose with great shopping and restaurants. One of the bed/bathrooms located in the back of the house is a converted to a high budget music recording studio and will be closed off during most rentals unless specifically requested and booked. Please inquire if needed for your booking. Free wifi, multiple flatscreen tvs streaming netflix/apple tvs in each room, 2 available permits for street parking and a gated driveway that can fit up to 4 cars which I can provide a clicker for during your stay. Home is gated and has a callbox out front which is super easy for you to buzz people into during your stay. Laundry, kitchen, fridge, and 10 person jacuzzi in backyard. If I'm not immediately available, I'm always just a text/phone call away and would have no problem giving advice/recommendations. I am very flexible with guests, especially when it comes to notice on bookings. Just please be respectful of my home.

Car can fit 3-4 cars and street has unrestricted parking nearby and free visitor parking up till midnight on opposite side of street and 8pm on our side of the street.
General Rules
I'm a very flexible hosts and allow regular rentals, all kinds of video production shoots with no limitations, and even events. That being said events are ok ONLY if approved by host. All events are an additional 350 event fee on top of the regular day rental fee. Please do not inquire for an event without disclosing it. Please do not inquire asking how much events are. It is written right in the listing. Events must be for guests 21 and up. No high school parties please.
No pets. Smoking outside. Please respect our neighbors/the neighborhood and lock up when you are not home.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

This was a great location for our shoot, which required us being able to film several small vignettes in different areas of the property, both indoors and outside. Being able to get a good variety of backdrops within a single location made an enormous difference and was a key driver of our success on the shoot day itself. Mike was also a great host who was able to let us do a preliminary scout of the location the day before the shoot, which also did a lot to set us up for success on the day itself. I'd definitely use this location again should the need arise.
