Many of the bedrooms could be easily redressed to appear as a number of indoor spaces, giving you multiple locations built into one house. The Garage can be used for makeup and wardrobe or be used for B-Roll shots. Permitting and parking in the area is extremely easy and there is no street cleaning days.
