The building is extremely spacious, versatile, cinematic and high value, with lots of room to move and both inside and ouside access offered. It's perfect for film, photo, music videos, commercials, fashion shows, screenings and specialty events. The spacious 3000+ square foot ground floor church interior includes a Green Room/Talent Lounge with air conditioning, an original Nursery decorated in pink and blue (great to use as a set, production office or storage), two bathrooms, a medium grand piano. *An architecturally stunning vintage confessional from the 1800's is available to rent as an add on (as seen in photos). A large, multi-use creative space upstairs offers several blank parceled out areas ready to be set designed, including a small vintage Bible classroom with a chalkboard and 'Jesus Loves U' message written decades ago.
