Free street parking

Ample free street parking is available on Lindsay street and Wheeler street. We do not own the parking lots of the surrounding businesses. We can not give permission to park there. It is up to the owners of those facilities to determine towing procedures. We advise you to utilize the free street parking that is available. DO NOT BLOCK THE ENTRANCE TO THE COURT YARD AREA! DO NOT BLOCK ANY OTHER CARS IN! DO NOT PARK ON THE GRASS.

There are 2 windows that expose natural light from the outside. Both windows have heavy curtains to block out the sun if desired. The hour of 12pm-5pm have the best lighting during the summer months

There are doors to block off most sound from the rest of the building but it is not completely sound proof. We are at the back of the building so sounds from the street would not affect you.

Ground Floor

This space has it's own entrance with a double door for load in.

This room is attached to the rest of the building. You are only able to shoot in the rooms that you have rented.

We are set up with 2 outlets available in that room. Please talk to the host about your electrical needs. we do have additions sources of power available for rent.

No smoking. There are many outside spaces where that is allowed. If you or your guest smoke inside the facility there will be a $75 smoking fee added to your booking. No weapons of any kind. HOOKAHS ARE NOT ALLOWED EVEN WITH SMOKING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS. IF YOU HAVE THEM YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE No Candles Request permission before rearranging the furniture. The venue must be returned the way it was received. This means throw away your garbage, don't damage the furniture, and take all of your belongings with you. Please make sure to take all of your items with you when you leave. Any items left after your event are not our responsibility. There is no additional load in or breakdown time. You must book all of the time that you need. Rental times and extensions Your rental time does not start until the time on your reservation. If you enter the room before the time you will be charged for the additional use at 1.5x the rented rate. Your end time is your departure time and is a ‘hard out’, meaning that the last person and your personal belongings should be out of the space at your rental end time. Because of this, we recommend beginning your clean up at least 30 minutes in advance. If you need additional time in the space you are in, please check availability and get an extension by sending a message through the Peerspace platform. If you stay over without an agreed-upon extension you will be charged at time and a half of your rental fee. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments and is not guaranteed, as we may have something else scheduled. If overtime is not requested and approved you will be charged at a 1.5x rate. There is no staging in the common areas such as the courtyard or the hallways. The common spaces are for passage not an extension of the space you rented. DO NOT TAKE FURNITURE OR CHAIRS FROM OTHER ROOMS OR AREAS -the space that you are in comes as is. Expectations. You’re responsible for the conduct of your guests. We don’t tolerate disrespectful comments, pornography or hard drug use. If we feel that our safety is at risk, then we will end the rental.
