About the Space

Private Demo Kitchen space, great for cooking demonstrations, baby shower, or just a gathering amongst friends. Two large industrial Refrigerators, gas range, oven, microwave. Can accommodate 20 seated and 45 total. Located 3 blocks from the Financial District. Walking distance from SOMA and The Embarcadero as well. BART is 3 blocks away. *Note: the outdoor portion of the space is NOT PRIVATE - you will see our residents and staff walk through and they are able to use the space, but as long as you are comfortable sharing, you may enjoy it.

- Maximum Occupants 45 - No Smoking allowed - No pets allowed -Space does not include reservation for outdoor bbq SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. NO SMOKING Our spaces are all smoke-free. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. FOOD & BEVERAGE Please contact Peerspace Concierge to organize your catering order as their team is familiar with the rules and policies of our space. I hosted a luncheon here this past weekend with about 16 guests. The host (Alexa) was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful throughout the entire process from sending photos of the space, taking measurements, and was on-site if I needed anything day of. She really was the reason I booked the space with how communicative she was. The space appeared even better as advertised. It was modern, very clean, and spacious as you have pretty much the entire floor leading to the rooftop area. It had an amazing view in the middle of the city that my guests enjoyed and took great photos. I highly recommend booking your next event here!
