About the Space
Our aesthetic is simple and industrial with white brick, exposed wooden beams and steel. We have hosted artist showcases, fashion shows, pop-up shops, panel discussions and networking events, workshops, castings and more When booking your event please book from the time you want your set-up to start until the time that you will be cleaned up and out the door. The rental includes the front entrance way and lobby room, hallways, restrooms, entrance to the back studio (200 sqft) and the back studio 1900sq ft. Our venue also has additional rooms that can be added on to an event for additional fees. Additional studios are pictured in our listing and available as add-ons to an event. Front Studio: Look & Feel is a Dance Studio. 500 sq ft Front small room: Look & Feel is a photo room. 130 sq ft Medium studio: functions as a green room/crew room. 240 sq ft Back outside space: excellent for catering set-up, food trucks etc (time restrictions apply. No Smoking extends to this space as well. We have the following available for rental: Stage Panels, Basic Sound System, Projector, Gobo Projector, We do have some basic tables and chairs available for use. Peerspace Keyword: Company party

To keep everyone safe, we have enhanced cleaning protocols, limited capacity to allow for physical distancing, revised the schedule to allow for cleaning time between bookings and provided hand sanitizer and other cleaning supplies to all guests during bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
