Free street parking

We have up to 5 spaces on site that may be used for load-in/load-out and for the event provided you are not using the back lot for the event. Free Street parking is available right outside the venue on weekends and weeknights after 7pm. Please note that during rush hour on weekdays (3pm - 7pm) street parking is much more limited.

Cleaning: Basic cleaning Fee is added to each event rental to cover cleaning of floors, bathrooms etc.. from general use. Additional fee added if cleaning needs are excessive or if any prohibited items are used. Prohibited items include: confetti, glitter, body paint. If your event has any of these items planned they MUST be pre-approved and an additional deposit/cleaning fee agreed to. Venue must be returned to the condition you received it in. All items brought in must be removed, garbage must be taken to the bins out back. Access to the Venue starts when your booking time starts and ends when your booking time ends. Please plan for set-up an clean-up time around your scheduled event time. This includes rental drop-off and pick-up. Please schedule these within your booking time. Insurance required for events over 75 people and any event where alcohol will be served. Event insurance available through theeventhelper.com Security & Front door check-in required for events over 75 guests. Security should be hired through security company. They should be able to provide their own certificate of Insurance. Food: Outside food and vendors all permitted Vendors must have their own insurance Food Trucks - OK. Have back space for access All cooking must be done outside No Deep Fryers (fried food must be part of a contained food truck) Alcohol: Ok to bring in and serve for private parties where guests are over 21 You are responsible for ensuring there is no underage drinking. No alcohol can be sold in any way (including through cover charge or drink tickets) unless it is through the use of a permitted/licensed liquid caterer Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not permitted in the venue or within 25 ft of the doors. No Exception to this. Additional cleaning fees/fine will be charged if this happens and the guests will be asked to leave. We will end an event if these rules are not being followed. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
