Listed rate applies for groups of 10 or less. Day rate is $800/day for 9+ hour days for entire property. Outdoor only bookings available for a reduced rate. If requested, additional fee of $350/day for site rep. No smoking. No pets. No loud noises. No music that can be heard outdoors. No parties. No glass in pool area. Furniture can be moved upon prior request. Pool equipment including heater are not tampered with during stay. If premises appear dirty/damaged renter shall inform. No other costs are incurred by homeowner due to rental. Sliding doors are kept closed during the use of the AC/heater. There is no dirt or mess requiring excessive cleaning. All dirty dishes must be pre-washed and placed in the dishwasher. No damage or loss to the property or its contents. Use of restroom(s) for a crew of 10 people or less is allowed. Trash should be placed in garbage bins. Guests must obtain insurance, naming us as additional insured, and valid permits. All rentals include set up and take down time.
