About Breakfast Studios
This space is one of the most unique raw industrial spaces in Chicago. The space is light-filled with clerestory windows wrapping three sides, 30' high ceilings, exposed brick and am atrium skylight. 8,000 SF of space with two overhead doors for easy access load-in and load-out and for driving cars, trucks or motorcycles into the space. Space has electricity, WiFi, bathrooms, lights and heat. There are many spaces within the spaces.
Please note there is a different rate if booked outside of business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
