This historic space features A/V with simple hook up to 70" screen gorgeous finishes, exposed brick, marble bar-tops and two separate floors each with their own bar. The space also includes a full kitchen for the caterer of your choice. All out of house catering/bartending. Book with Purpose We are Seattle’s only event space that donates 100% of profit to charity — empowering you to make the world a better place while you celebrate. Pricing This listing is priced for the hours of 7am - 5pm. Please message host for a quote if you feel you will need more time. QUESTIONS: Do you really donate all profit to charity? WE DO! It might sound crazy but there are actually existing organizations already doing this including Newman’s Own who just celebrated their 35 year anniversary and reached $500 million in donations to charities. We cover our overhead (i.e. facility costs, labor) then donate the rest. That’s it. What charity does my event profit go towards? Up to you! If you have one you already love we’d love to contribute to them! If not, we have 3-4 rotating charities working in diverse areas that we’ve developed personal relationships with. We’d be happy to briefly share what each organization does and you can choose one you’d like your profit to go towards. Are you looking for charities to add to your recommended list? Always! We love connecting with and learning about great people working with great organizations doing great work. If you have a non-profit (or work for one) you love send them our way and we will reach out to connect and learn more.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We absolutely loved this venue! We booked it for 10 hours for our wedding reception. I highly recommend and would love to book this again for another event! The space is in the heart of Ballard and is gorgeous—it doesn't need much decorating (although i brought in a lot of flower vases, table top signage, and designed a large arch photo backdrop). It also offers a lot of great amenities! Full commercial kitchen, 2 full bars, 2 bathrooms, they provide glasses and light 100 candles for you, they allow outside vendors, and they have lots of built in seating and also extra seating you can customize. I got so many compliments on the space from our guests. Our evening was perfect and the owner and event staff were super helpful. Don't hesitate to book this place!

The space is gorgeous! We needed it as a home base for a video shoot we were conducting and it worked out perfectly. Had plenty of space for wardrobe fittings, makeup, crew to setup / get situated before we went to shoot at our location. Plus, Nate and Liz were wonderful to work with to book the space! Super professional and responsive.
