About the Space
This loft is the second floor area of a studio. The room has 22 foot wooden ceilings is 600 sq ft.. It's a great Green Room for video production with a birds eye view of the happenings in the studio. It's a great place to relax, entertain and get away from the activities below. It has a bar area, kitchen, couches & chairs and shuffleboard.

Parking description
We have parking on property for 16. There is ample parking on the street. We have 2 public lots within the block. Valet is available.
Lighting description
There are various size windows based on the area selected. We have blinds and they can be covered by the production staff. The light primarily comes in the South side of the building.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are in a Mixed Use Neighborhood. We very rarely hear any outside noise from the neighbors and we have full control over ambient noise such as HVAC or appliances.

Equipment loading description
We have a large parking area on the ground floor accessed by an alley behind the building. This entrance has a bay door that rolls up. It’s super easy for unloading & loading as a truck can back right up to the door.

The rooms that are not included in the reservation can easily be added to the reservation.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
Our 1212 Germantown team will be on hand handle breakers. We have outlets everywhere including nine in the floor of The Studio, plus in all the surrounding walls.
Circuit breaker can not be accessed
General Rules
You are responsible for basic clean up the space & trash removal to put it back in the condition found. No smoking inside or open flames on property grounds.

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Bar stools can be moved. All else remains.
Smoke machines are allowed
No nudity allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
We have internal and external cameras for security purposes only.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
