The Studio is, well, spacious and lofty! With a 22 foot wooden ceiling and 1,365 square feet, it’s roomy and multifunctional. The Studio can be set up with the furniture we have available as part of your reservation. Alternatively, have one of our event rental partners set it up to meet a specific feel for your event. Why not just reserve the whole first floor and outdoor spaces? Yes, that is an option. Open up the garage door in the studio to the driveway and reserve the rest of the first floor - view other listings for details. Perfect for business or milestone events or celebrations.   • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
