Amenities that are included: INSTRUMENTS: 6'4" Steinert, Viscount 2-manual organ with full pedalboard, Kurzweil PC88-MX, hammered dulcimer, djembe, cajone. CHAIRS: Seating for up to 20. KITCHEN: Access to kitchen. BATHROOM: Access to bathroom during your event from setup to takedown. LARGE COUNTER between kitchen and music room: For buffet or potluck setup. WIFI.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
