This multi-purpose studio (650 sq. ft.) offers multiple furniture layouts to suit your needs. With skylight windows letting in tons of natural light, this is the perfect space for your next off-site, team meeting or event. The space is easily accessible by the public transit buses, and the green/yellow metro line, roughly 4 blocks from the Georgia Ave.-Petworth metro stop. Space is not handicap accessible as it's located on 2nd floor with no elevator access.

Host is very responsive and very helpful. As well as the owner who was very accommodating to our needs. However, the space did not appear as advertise. We shot a short film and we were looking for an empty/vacant aesthetic like the main photo used in the listing. When we arrived, it was filled with art on the walls and tables, two big sofas, appliances, curtains, rugs etc. We were able to make it work, thanks to some fun angles and owner's flexibility. Again, I want to state that this is a great spot and location! It's just not what is shown in the picture. So be prepared to move some things around.
