About the Space
Here is what we have for you Main Room where you can do multiple set ups with stairs and Dressing Room/ Bathroom. Upstairs lounge and kitchen are now Included as well as back Lot. Video shoots work well here with the black wall and the open floor space. Equipped with full kitchen and lounge area (upstairs). You can rent camera gear as well. Here is the booking process. 1. Contact us and let us know what you want and need with date and time. 2. Book your hours. 3. Show up and complete your shoot 4. Exit with all your belongings and check out. Very simple. If you’re not booking for longer hours you will need to pay for add ons in order to access upstairs for filming. Upstairs is the kitchen and lounge area which are only available on max rates unless purchased as an add on for shorter rentals. Recording studio features Logic Pro X Digi 003 Blue Mic on Tascam 24 Faders Board. Podcast features 3 Rode Pod Mics into Rodecaster Pro. Photography features 2 Alien bee 1600's Beauty cheetah box and umbrellas Video Includes 2 LED Panels and 3 RGB light wands. Many extras available.
