Please use all caution to protect oneself from unwanted illness and be mindful of social distancing while in the event spaces. Nice space with well-maintained flowering plants. Good views of planes flying overhead. It was a great location to host my daughter's first birthday in an outdoor space!
Angie H. booked a welcome party for 20 people
The space itself is beautiful. Comfortable furniture, lovely raised beds with plants, and stunning views. The venue was difficult to find for our guests, and even with staff at the ground level, some guests arrived disgruntled. WiFi and an ADA-accessible restroom were advertised, but no instructions on how to access either were provided - which we didn't realize until we were at our event. Unfortunately, our event was on a Sunday and the venue contacts in the leasing office of the apartment community do not work Sundays. Additionally, several residents came to the roof deck expecting to use it during our event, which was a bit disruptive. It would be an excellent location for a family event where folks could carpool, but I wouldn't use it again for the type of networking event we used it for.
Chakira T. booked a launch event for 30 people
The space was a nice setup, but the couches and the seats and counter area by the BBQ grill were dirty I had to put sheets on the couch for my guest to fill comfortable. The electricity outlets didn't work and I was getting the go around on who to contact to get it to work. The office gave people keys to access and check out the space during my reserved so I had randoms walking into my event/party. The office closed before my time reserved was up so I had to keep the key fob for 2 days. The communitcation was horrible the guy in the office asked for my ID but couldn't find what I had reserved, I literally had to read emails between who I had booked the space thru. He also was no help, I had to go down and tell him people he gave key fobs and maps to were entering the space, I also had to go down and come back up and let him know about the outlets notworking and then call because he wasn't following up. The firepit didn't work, it just was not worth what I paid and a horrible first experience thru Peerspace
