Guests may cancel their Booking until 14 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 14 days and 48 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 48 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Rental time begins promptly at the prescribed starting time and ends promptly at the prescribed ending time, regardless if renter and/or renter’s party is late Rental time includes setup, tear down and cleaning. The studio must be cleaned and vacated by the scheduled end time and no later, please consider this when booking your rental Any renter that goes 30mins past the original end time of their booking will be charged for an additional hour. No smoking is allowed in the studio. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a company representative Music is to be kept at reasonable levels Drugs are NOT permitted on the premises. Alcohol is allowed on the premises and the service of that alcohol is handled on a case by case basis. No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative with the exception of service animals. Guests are not allowed in studio spaces beyond the communal areas.
