Natural lighting as the yard is an open space with shade under a vine covered Pergola.

It's an outside space so the noise in the neighborhood is similar to most residential neighborhoods. However, our street is most always fairly quiet.

Ground Floor

Easy single ground level through the driveway to the backyard.

Circuit breaker is on the side of the building. There are two separate power outlets and we have a variety of exterior extension cords.

+While this is a location, this is also our full-time home, so please be respectful of the space. Being that the location is in a residential neighborhood we'd like to be respectful of our neighbors. Not mandatory, but carpooling is appreciated to reduce the number of cars on our streets. +Shooting in the front is prohibited. +Gate must remain closed during shoot. +Entry to the property through the driveway gate. Please do not enter through the front door. +Details about project must be disclosed prior to booking approval, including:Description of project. Number of people who will be on premises Call and wrap time.Number of vehicles +Home must be left in the condition it was entered in. +Guests are responsible for clean up, removing trash, and any damages to space, garden or furniture. +Furniture can be moved but must be place in the EXACT spot it was in. Taking photos of items before they are moved is mandatory. +Trash must be taken off premises. +Rates are based upon hours on premises, including set-up and clean up time.
